Alana and Alyssa

Alana De La Garza is an exquisite actress who has been leaving an imprint on the screen. In the year 1976, De La Garza was born to a Mexican American father and an Irish-American mom in Columbus Ohio. After a brief period she made the move to Texas and pursued her education in physical therapy at University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last very long in Texas and moved to Orlando Florida where she experienced various acting roles that included local independent films and world-wide commercials. Although she only had a few role, De La Garza quickly realized her love for acting. After 2001, she relocated into New York where her first part was in All My Children's morning soap-opera as Rosa Santos. There were minor roles in JAG the Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men in the mid 2000s. In 2004 she was selected as her first part of a series in The Mountain The Mountain, which is the short-lived drama on television. De La Garza played Maria Serrano as well as some of the top TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi, and Mitch Pilegge. Her most memorable role was in 2006's Law & Order where she appeared as A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared on 85 episodes. She then migrated to the brief, but short-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. This particular character earned De La Garza several nominations such as Best Supporting Actress - Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards and even a few ALMA Award noms. She won an Impact Award in 2008 for her outstanding performance on the dramatic TV series of National Hispanic Media Coalition. Then, a short time later De La Garza was cast on CSI Miami in a recurring role. She was Marisol Delko, the wife of the character of David Caruso Horatio Caine. She was her character, Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's dramatic dark series Do No Harm. The series was canceled after two seasons. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Milano has an Italian father as well as a sister Cory which is a year younger than her. Her family was the strict, religious home of her family. Milano started her acting career when she was just seven years old. The babysitter took her on stage for auditions. From more than 1,000 candidates her name was picked among only four. Milano was featured in commercials in both Broadway and on TV and in the American musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
